Distributors

Email your PO to purchaseorders@securitybrandsinc.com. All purchases are completed over email. Security Brands is not able to complete orders over the phone.

New distributors should contact our sales team to set up an account with Security Brands: sales@securitybrandsinc.com / (972) 474-6390

Typically, product will be shipped same-day if the item is in stock and the order is received by 1:00 pm. Special orders and back-ordered products may affect the ability to ship the same day. Security Brands recommends keeping products in stock or ordering multiple keypads, etc. to reduce wait time. If 2-day or overnight shipping is required, include this information on your PO.

Dealer/Installer

Place an order through a Security Brands distributor. All orders must be placed through an approved Security Brands distributor.

All products have been thoroughly tested before they leave Security Brands, however, we do recommend testing before you install the product.

When you receive the product, start the activation process and pre-program the unit before you complete on-site installation (for connected devices only). This creates an account for the end user which will need to be given to the customer.

If there is a problem with the unit, confirm the unit is receiving the proper amount of power. If there is still an issue, contact Security Brands tech support for assistance: (972) 474-6390

Before purchasing a cellular keypad, we recommend going onsite to confirm cell coverage is available. Download the Opensignal app to verify AT&T or Verizon cell coverage is available in the area.

When installing a new unit on an existing system, ensure adequate wiring is in place and fully functional. Security Brands units work best on shielded, stranded wiring. Installations using solid core wiring are more susceptible to experiencing a malfunction.

The account created during the activation process will be given to the end user to access service through Summit Control. Leave all sign-up paperwork and login information with the end user.

Site Owner

Contact your local fence supply provider or access our distributor locator to locate a distributor near you.

Create an account through Summit Control. You will need the device’s SIM card and serial numbers, which you should receive from your installer. Confirm your installer created the account for you.

In the US, all devices come complete with a SIM card. Cellular service is part of your monthly subscription.

A discount is not available for Summit Control service if you provide your own SIM card.

Annual subscriptions are not available for the Residential Plus and Premier plans.

Annual subscriptions are available for commercial and multi-tenant users.

A discount is not available for an annual subscription.
