Advantage DKS II and Advantage DG
Retirement Details
On Monday, April 19, 2021 we will be retiring our Advantage DKS II and Advantage DG lines of products. They are being replaced by the new Edge family of smart keypads, card readers, and controllers.
All warranties still within the two-year limited warranty period will continue to be honored on all affected products.
Edge Is Smart
All Edge products come with two relays, two Wiegand inputs, and the ability to program the unit directly at the keypad or via a Bluetooth connection using the Edge Smart Keypad mobile administrator app. Activity logs no longer need to be printed using a dedicated printer. Instead, they can be exported from the app as a .csv file and viewed, edited, or printed using your favorite spreadsheet program.
Please be advised that even though the Edge Smart Keypad mobile app allows relay control, it is not an access app. It is designed for the administrator and meant for programming and managing credentials on connected Edge units.
